As the spanish speaking member of LATAM client services' team, I tended to all accounts of Hispano America, within WGSN portfolio of products. My job description included assisting the client's needs within their trends, and marketing information, specialized presentations on demand, and understanding the depths of Hispano American consumers, as well as it's struggles within fashion, home, decoration, and other final consumer related markets.Part of my responsibilities also included showing the clients how to use and take advantage of WGSN and it's products, and which is the best individual way for each of them on how to find information on it. The on-boarding processes, as well as retention percentages were part of my KPIs.I constantly collaborated with marketing for all of spanish language promos and events on the region (except for Mexico).I started with trend training to become a trend analyst.

Invited teacher for the fashion trends and coolhunting course in LCI Bogotá. The class I currently teach is part of the trends application module and is currently based on my experience, international trends and it's local interpretations. My class is a combination of application and comercial interpretation of macro trends within different industries, such as gastronomy, art, design and fashion, it also has an appropriation and application component, in which we analyze different referents that show how trends are used within different personal styles. With an analysis of lifestyle changes and how they've evolved throughout certain amount of time, I wrap things up by doing a cross over between current local fashion trends and the analysis I'd just explained.
