I supervised Maria for a little over 1 year. During that time I learned a lot about Maria including the position that she took over several months before I started supervising her. She took over a position that she did not have adequate training in. However, with Maria's accounting and finance knowledge and hard work she was able to learn quickly and adapted well as she progressed throughout her tenure. Maria put in extra hours at the end of the month and beginning of the month to meet her hard monthly deadlines. She exceeded in her organizational skills with her high volume of work she never missed a deadline. She is very passionate about her work that she does. She was a valuable asset to the Finance group. Maria is a very pleasant employee to work with.
