I worked my way up from a student tutor to this position. As a manager, I was in charge of overseeing the student workers in the Reading Writing Center at the University, ensuring their productivity and professionalism. I attended weekly planning meetings to discuss how to improve the Center. I worked both front and back of house in the kitchen and at the register for Diary Queen. I also used the drive-thru headset, cleaned, and provided excellent service to customers. I really loved working here because I learned so much from my coworkers who came from all walks of life.
