As a Nursing Assistant my work tasks was to help the patients in care, facilitate and guide them in their daily tasks and activities, in addition to helping with practical tasks in the department. This work has taught me to work at times under a lot of pressure, as well as experience with working in a diverse working environment with a lot of different people, both patients and colleagues, in which communication and collaboration has been important to ensure the patients well-being.
