Whatever the task, Mari carried it out, and was every single time exceptionally efficient. I had the pleasure of working with Mari for 6 months, while she was an intern for Reach for Change, her main responsibilities being communication and project management. I was impressed by Mari's ability to carry out projects from start to end, with minimal guidance and delivering first class results. As an intern for Team Norway, whilst sitting in Sweden, she managed with skill, to become an integral and important member of the Stockholm office, while also being highly present and engaged with her Norwegian team. Her interpersonal skills are very valuable. Mari is enthusiastic and eager to deliver results, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to get the job done, in an efficient manner, whilst making sure the team is having fun.

As an Intern at Reach for Change I worked mainly for Team Norway, as well as carried out support tasks for the Central Team and also Team Sweden. I was involved in numerous projects, first and foremost within communications; ranging from creating a communication and campaign strategy for Norway, managing social media channels, developing content for newsletters to both partners and other external stakeholders. I also functioned as a Project Manager for one of Team Norway's main events; planning and executing a workshop for the Norwegian Change Leaders. Show less

As a Nursing Assistant my work tasks was to help the patients in care, facilitate and guide them in their daily tasks and activities, in addition to helping with practical tasks in the department. This work has taught me to work at times under a lot of pressure, as well as experience with working in a diverse working environment with a lot of different people, both patients and colleagues, in which communication and collaboration has been important to ensure the patients well-being.
