I performed an epigenome wide high through-put siRNA & drug screening in various prostate cancer models aiming to novel drug target discovery. This work later become a part of my PhD. We published the results published in peer reviewed journals. I wrote and edited the manuscripts from the first version to the last. I participated in developing a human tumor gene expression database IST Online (ist.medisapiens.com/) still available with our bioinformatics team. My research in drug target discovery was a part of international EU research consortia where I frequently presented the results and collaborated with the partners. I also initiated new academic collaborations supporting our activities. We also initiated one patent application based on our research findings.
