      I provide professional property management services for several of my real estate clients. Currently manage a ten unit townhouse community in downtown Stamford called Victorian Village and handle all phases of preventative maintenance ( HVAC, sprinklers, landscaping) and tenant requests for repairs. All types of management service is available including rent collection, establishment and maintaining a rental roll to stay on top of lease renewals, history of increases. Project Management- bidding out jobs to multiple contractors, negotiate for favorable terms. Have overseen major renovations of several older vintage homes - total update of kitchens, baths, painting, roof repairs, excavate and repave driveway and coordinate with all of the contractors to ensure that the project is completed in a timely manner, done correctly and under budget.
