Margarita is one of the best bosses I have ever had the privilege of working with! She taught me everything I know and has made me super confident in my skills within this position! Margarita is very flexible with my school schedule and understands when I have a conflict with work. She makes our work environment friendly and comfortable, I am always excited to show up in the morning (even when it is early)! She gives me constructive feedback on how I can improve and never fails to remind me that I am doing amazing and that I am capable of greatness. After work, she checks in with me about how the day went but also checks in with how I am doing mentally and with life. This woman really cares about me and the rest of the staff! I can trust her with anything and I know she will always be there for me- as a boss, as a mentor, and as a friend. I will never be able to thank her enough for everything I have learned over the years. She is one of the reasons I have grown to be the individual I am today!

I have worked closely with Margarita for over five years and she demonstrates what a role model should be. Margaritas passion for helping others bleeds through any task at hand. Margaritas skills cannot be defined by any certification as she is gifted with amazing natural talent to be a leader. She goes above and beyond to make sure her staff is happy and that they are heard.
