  As this department's director, I am responsible for the organization's institucional image and managing our contacts with both the companies and the organizations we work with. It's also important to mention that having to lead a department helped me develop my leadership skills and better my time management and sense of commitment. Along with the rest of the Direction and Presidency team, we had the opportunity to manage a team of around 36 members and, as a consequence, overcome different obstacles that helped us develop ourselves both personally and professionally.
