Margaret has been instrumental in working with a group of middle managers from State Sports Associations whom aspire to become our next generation of CEO's and Senior Managers and who recently participated in vicsport's Professional Development and Mentoring Program. Margaret was able to match all these participants with a mentor to further enhance their professional development and acheive their career goals with such a positive and supportive attitude. Some fantastic results have already been recorded. A great friendship and busines partnership has also evolved from this and I thank Margaret for all her hard work and commitment to the program.

The Skyline Foundation supports up to 30 high potential Year 11 and Year 12 students each year. These students are in their final years of government schooling and have faced adversity or hardship in their personal circumstances. With individual guidance and support, financial assistance, personal and professional development and a range of leadership opportunities these students go on to achieve significant personal and professional success in their lives. SEFA was set up 8 years ago by the late John Cheetham, an educational psychologist, who believed that any young person can achieve their full potential given the right support and encouragement. The Skyline Foundation relies on corporate and philanthropic donations for its continued operation and success. Every student who has been supported by the VCE Bursary Program has proceeded to tertiary education. Donations to SEFA are tax deductible.
