Margarette was instrumental in setting up the Program Management function in the $4B Global Service Business and drove the institutional adoption and operational discipline required to make it successful. She is able to quickly develop and nurture relationships increasing her impact across functional boundaries and her attention to detail and persistence made the difference between effective and ineffective program execution and corresponding business results. She is able to work at all levels within an organization and is not afraid working outside her comfort zone. It was a great pleasure having Rita on the team and expect great things from her in the future

Margarette had her job cut out for her when she came to Invitae. We had recently started partnering with a third party development company to augment some of our software teams. All of a sudden, we had time zones, language barriers, and cultural differences to manage. This engagement was growing quickly and we needed a someone to help us manage the chaos. Rita knocked this out of the park, setting up the only outsourced software development effort in the entirety of my professional experience that has been, without reservations, a runaway success. Rita has worn many hats over her tenure here, and in all her roles she demonstrated a tremendous ability to manage complexity, a strong bias for action, and a calm and reassuring demeanor. I recommend her without reservation.

I am fortunate to know Margarette for years and had a blast of working together with her on several initiatives. Margarette is a positive, resourceful and proactive leader with a can-do attitude. She understands human nature and knows how to build and motivate teams. Under her guidance, teams have a clear purpose and hence perform better. She is trustworthy, dependable and accountable, always looking for solutions and has a plan B. Margarette is always ready to help and go an extra mile to achieve the goal. She is great in anything she does and will be a great addition to any team and project.
