I had the opportunity to work with Margaret for over 2 years when I was a Global Process Owner for CRM Futures at GSK. I appreciated Margaret's can-do but practical approach to solving problems or challenges. In the time we worked together, we were in the process of expanding, simplifying, and modifying our CRM platform for sales reps. This required tight collaboration between the US market and our global partners. Many times, we had to work through compromises as US needs didn't fully align with global needs and objectives. In those tough conversations, I found Margaret to be a valued collaborator. She challenged me to think through requests to really ensure we ended up with a product that truly solved for the opportunity. Many times we would start with a sprint deadline and on several occasions, Margaret's team would over deliver ahead of the agreed timeline. From a technical perspective, I found Margaret to be creative at identifying value based solutions. On a personal level, I really enjoyed working with her. She knows how to have fun and have a good laugh along the way! She is a clear and concise communicator. I would highly recommend Margaret and would really enjoy working with her again.
