She had a steep learning curve from both a systems (we were implementing Salesforce CRM) and understanding pharmaceuticals. The call centre managed queries from end users (i.e. patients) to supply logistics (i.e. warehousing) and everything in between! Margaret quickly showed her analytical capabilities was pulled into the CRM project and become responsible for documenting processes. She took on the role of a beta user on the system within a couple of months. She is a quick learner with a warm and compassionate manner which is an extremely important skill in a call centre!
