      Originally I was hired as regular office staff. I was responsible for setting appointments for estimators and basic office duties, i.e.: answering the phones, filing paperwork, archiving old files, making portfolios for the estimators to provide to potential clients and following up on leads. I was then promoted to project manager and I oversaw all of the day to day operations of our various jobs. Securing permits, calling in loads for materials, making sure that we were compliant with L&I, securing payment for on-going jobs and collecting final payment for completed jobs. At the end of my employment with Chet, I was his personal assistant and I did whatever was asked of me.
