• I have handled customer service for Stryker Trauma cases for a medical device distributor. • My primary responsibilities have included: o Handle a high volume of cases with speed, accuracy and precision resulting in a very low error rate. o Create individual orders in Stryker’s system (Oracle platform) for every surgical case using Stryker Trauma products in the metro Denver area, southwest Colorado, northern Colorado, Wyoming, and western Nebraska. o Process all Stryker Trauma direct orders from hospitals for the same above regions. o Work directly with sales representatives and hospitals to verify sterile lot controls and correct errors before processing was complete. o Ensure replacement products are requested and shipped in a timely manner for facilities and sales representatives to have the surgical parts and supplies necessary. o Confirm that all billing aspects in the Stryker system agrees with the ORP Surgical internal system (Mobile WorkForce). o Coordinate with Stryker departments, department heads and upper management to: Request and confirm new facilities are added to their system Connect surgeons to the proper facilities where they work Correct and clarify billing issues Resolve issues to ensure cases were billed before the month’s end • Other responsibilities include: o Track and restock warehouse inventory when primary inventory manager is not available. o Track and record inventory usage and replenishment. o Review all unbilled Stryker orders to determine necessary actions. o Invoice processing to internally close billed orders.
