National point of contact •Supervise screening and on-boarding of contingent workers, independant contractors and sub-vendors through Acceleration VMS. •Coordinate and consult with hiring managers to better understand client needs to maximize level of service •Develop action plans with the branch offices to address potential issues concerning fulfillment, billing, and non-compliance •Liaise with Human Resource Business Partners in regards to the company's compliance process guidelines to determine and carry out appropriate procedures for their specific guidelines in a timely efficient manner •Interface with C-level Executives, SVP’s, HR, Hiring Managers, and Sub-Vendors •Ad-hoc reporting and administrative duties as requested
