I have worked as a Kindergarten teacher for 12 years both English only and Bilingual/Dual Language.I have worked as an ESL Literacy Specialist for 8 years, and Instructional Coach for 1 year and I am currently serving as a third grade Dual Language teacher. I am also part of the district DISCOVER team that assesses second grade students for giftedness. I also worked with the Bilingual Office personnel in helping to establish rapport with the Mexican Consulate to promote educational programs for families and students in our district.
