  I have been working at Charter Oak Country Club for almost 4 years now, and it has taught me how to interact with members as well as communicating with my fellow staff members to achieve this goal of having a satisfied member. Some events I have worked have been extremely fast paced and also may have a strict time schedule which helped me improve my ability to work in stressful environments.   I was also able to complete a winter internship during 2021-2022 with Professor John Duggan remotely to help research new pieces of equipment for our engineering department and create labs for the students. This equipment included the Osbourne-Reynolds Apparatus and friction loss in pipes. From my background in Intro to Engineering and Physics 1, I was able to use that knowledge to better understand the research on how these two devices worked. Returning back to school, I was able to witness how they work firsthand as well. Show less
