As a Partner Success Account Manager (PSAM) I am in charge of developing and manage mutually beneficial relationships with our partners who list vacation rentals on Vrbo. My primary objective is to develop meaningful relationships with our partners, resulting in increased performance, productivity and growth on the Vrbo site while continuing to demonstrate the Vrbo value proposition. I work with partner accounts located throughout regions in Portugal. These accounts have varying degrees of knowledge and sophistication and have different high-priority optimization and business needs. Primary Responsibilities include: • Manage a portfolio of partners and act as their primary point of contact • Conduct impactful partner outreach and correspondence, including calls, presentations, and emails. • Provide relevant data, insights, and trends to help partners optimize their listings on the Vrbo site. • Work with cross-functional departments to troubleshoot issues, educate partners and implement projects. • Collaborate with partners to establish goals and report on NBV, live listing and booking conversion progress.

This role was focused in the on-boarding process of new lodging partners on our platform, and on maintaining property content on our branded websites by resolving requests submitted by partners and internal teams. Accounting related processes, including accounts payable inquiries from lodging partners. • Assist Bulk Update requests & perform additional tasks: T&L, content or processes improvement projects.
