Responsible for all aspects of the accounting department, human resources and office management of a 30-million-dollar company. Accounting management included: oversee daily accounting transactions, such as: invoicing, cash management, accounts payable, fixed assets, payroll, inventory control, corporate credit and fuel cards, commission program, general ledger and job cost entries. Office management included: managed corporate insurance, supervising reception/front desk, facilities: such as office cleaning, landscaping, building maintenance, etc. Review of Non-disclosure documents, liaison for 3rd party IT group, maintained office phone system and employee cell phone program, prepared OSHA 300 documentation.
