Mareva is a brilliant executive. She is highly rational and deeply thinks about correct way forward. She is robust and holds her ground to make change happen. But she is also highly empathetic – she listens well and understands underlying feelings that might be driving behaviours or decisions. She gets people and inspires great loyalty. All in all, it makes her a highly effective manager and change agent.

I worked with Mareva for about half a year on a key strategical organizational setup of center of excellence for idea to product end-to-end process for bioprocessing products. Mareva is an excellent people manager and communicator. She leads and coaches people through her motivational and inspiring personality. I appreciated a lot her clear way of communication of complex contexts combined with her extensive experience in the bioprocess industry and product development. These attributes were perfekt basis for our mission. Furthermore, it was a trustful and valued collaboration. I really enjoyed our great discussions on the setup of the organization and the results we have achieved. It would be a great opportunity to work together once again.

BE Hardware, BE Software, Etudes sonar - algorithme), Production, Qualité & Achat.
