  With around 400 members in my chapter, I am in charge of informing them of potential scholarships opportunities that our Nationals offer. This includes reading through applications and administering them to those who qualify. It is a position I take a lot of pride in, as I take my academics very seriously and I also love being able to help fellow members out with their education.

• Dining Room Manager: Chi Omega Sorority Organization

  Since my second semester of Freshman year, I have worked in my sorority house as the Dining Room Manager. In this job I am given the responsibility to take care of tasks such as scanning people in during meal times, filing paperwork, cleaning the dining room and doing dishes. I am able to learn about the ins and outs of my sorority and also how to implement certain rules in a respectful manner.

  This past summer I was hired as an associate at juice bar and smoothie shop, Sunlife Organics. Sunlife Organics is a high end food store located in Malibu, CA. As an associate, I was given the responsibilities of making their smoothie bowls, coffees, juices, cleaning the store on a regular basis and completing daily tasks, opening and closing the store, as well as providing the best customer service possible.   This past summer I came home from college and got a job as the events manager for a company called Team Play Events. Team Play is a company that plans outdoor events for elementary schools, companies and various workers unions around Southern California. In this job I was the on site manager for these events where I would be in charge of managing staff, being the M.C., and an overall monitor to make sure that everything was running smoothly and that the clients were happy with what we had planned for them.
