My tasks were:- preliminary verification of submitted applications, taking into account the employment criteria of the commissioning organization;- contact with applicants at every stage of recruitment,- conscientious completion of data in electronic systems necessary for the further recruitment procedure, organizing data in excel sheets, tagging candidates on an external platform and verifying that the candidates have sent all the required documents,- participation in the commissioned trainings in the field of occupational health and safety, communication in the company, data security, counteracting biased assessment and prejudices, microaggression and forms of prevention, and the climate of the organization.
