Marek was very effective in his role as CSR. He created good rapport with customers and was especially good at turning suitations around where fustrated customers were satisfied at the end of the call. Marek provided assistance in managing process and prodedures and documentation for the team which lead to reduced call times and increased customer satisfaction. Marek took on extra quality responsibilites such as checking quality of call recordings and ticket documentation. On a personal note I found Marek a pleasure to work with, can do attitude combined with his natural positive outlook really improved team morale.
