      Steiner is a company focused on the development of specialized medical software. Its portfolio includes programs for immunogenetic laboratories, management of transfusion departments, the registry of hematopoietic cell donors, hospital information systems and more. • Customer processes analysis, identification of its needs and definition of a set of new functions, design of a software solution in cooperation with the development department, creation of specific tasks for programmers in JIRA and related documentation in Confluence. • Project management in accordance with the rules of the KAPPA program for applied research, experimental development and innovation funded by the EEA and Norway Funds through TACR. • Compilation of a sprint plan, evaluation of feedback from users, processing of bug reports and their repairs, evaluation and implementation of new requirements. • Management of agile software development, including subsequent QA, introduction of automated testing procedures into business processes (Jenkins + TestComplete), preparation of marketing materials. For the largest transplant center in Europe, I performed an analysis of its processes, designed a software solution and formulated assignments for development and managed QA. Results: Product development is proceeding according to plan and will be finished in Q4 2022. Every day, quality tests of the latest build of the developed solution are performed automatically.

      Hospital Sisters of Mercy of St. Charles Borromeo is Prague hospital run by the Congregation of Charity Sisters of St. Charles Borromeo. Currently it is only the ecclesiastical hospital offering acute medical care in the Czech Republic. • Mapping and analysis of the entire IT infrastructure, defining the concept of future development of information technologies, defining goals, principles and procedures. • Communication with suppliers, negotiating the conditions of delivered services and specified products. • Coordination and management of projects, implementation of new technologies, selection of appropriate procedures and resources. • Analysis of operating costs and economic benefits of ICT, identification of the needs of individual users, identification of the needs of the hospital. With an undersized team, I was responsible for the availability of IT services for 450 employees, who had about 180 computers and servers available. The analysis of processes was started and the inventory of SW and HW assets was performed. Results: While maintaining the operation of obsolete technology (24/7/365), the standardization of technical incident solutions (helpdesk) was performed. A strategy for further IT development was created.
