Marea is truly a detail-oriented manager. I worked with her at Active Network and she was one of the best manager's I ever worked with. She was very prompt in responding to questions and was extremely enthusiastic about her work. She was one of the very few managers who could clearly understand development concerns even before putting the issues in front of the developers. At the same time, she was very assertive in getting things done. She used to provide detailed instructions of every task together with screenshots and with such a perfect explanation that anyone could easily go and resolve the issue without asking her a second question. She acted as a perfect bridge between business and development. She would certainly be an asset to any company that she is a part of.
