The Office of New Student Orientation Programs seeks students from a variety of background representing diverse hometowns, interests, majors, campus affiliations, and personal qualities of the students attending Belmont.Responsibilities included the following: • Assist in the design, planning, development, and implementation, of the orientation program for freshmen and transfer students• Provide input and feedback for the development of orientation sessions during June and August programs• Work collaboratively with offices and departments to create holistic educational sessions for each of the respective orientation programs• Participate and lead orientation sessions during Spring, June, and August Orientation• Serve as point for contact for new students and their family members• Assist with the evaluation of the orientation programs• Assist with the recruitment and selection of Tower Team Leaders• Develop and lead Tower Team Leader training• Overseeing 14-20 TT Leaders (Orientation Leaders) providing leadership development, training, and ongoing mentoring.
