Program Director
-
Sep 2014 - Mar 2016
Briefed with implementing a new station format and re-brand, I led all aspects of station programming including strategy, music overhaul, promotions, audience engagement both on-air and in the digital space and appointment of generationally renowned presenters to offer the 55 plus demographic a convincing alternative. In tandem to this position, I retained my role as both Music Director and regular night-time presenter.

Nights Presenter / Assistant Program Director
-
Jul 2010 - Sep 2014
As Music Director, my mandate was to align music choices with the 2CH strategic principle of an ‘easy listening’ station. In addition, I wrote and presented special feature programming such as ‘The 9 O’clock Special’, ‘Feature Weekends’ and ‘Top 500 Countdown’, liaising with promotions, marketing and advertising teams, building relationships with record companies to access new music and artists, and bridging the gap between management vision and operational reality. Additionally, appointed to the role of Assistant Program Director in 2011.
