Marcus is a man of action who is true to his word and gets things done because he is decisive and able to communicate effectively. He is an excellent communicator and has a quick mind, which means he solves unexpected hurdles with aplomb. He is simply a delight to work with, not only due to his skill, but because of a sparkling personality that can find common ground with anyone and put them at their ease.
