  My responsibilities included review specifications and building plans prior to construction starting. Verify form for square, in-ground plumbing and electrical conduit placement prior to foundation pour. Order materials and schedule trades as each stage progresses. Framers,plumbing top out, electrical top-out, HVAC install, etc. Assist customer with cabinet design. Ensure final product meets or exceeds clients expectations. Schedule trades for customer warranty items during first year of home ownership. Show less
