  In the litigation department at CMS, I performed a variety of tasks such as bundling, creating indices, researching and drafting. I summarised an expert report in a medical negligence case which investigated the consequences of a doctor’s continued poor diagnosis and failure to make specialist referrals. The particular highlight of the week was assisting at the Supreme Court of Justice in a dispute between The Software Incubator Limited and Computer Associates (UK).
