  Oversee performance and compliance for all Third Party Administrator Repair programs. This includes Contractor Connection, Sedgwick, Alacrity, Innovations, and others. Specialized in the USAA and Nationwide Direct Repair Programs, covering all locations nationally. Manage and grow relationships with program directors, regional managers and general managers. Assist in issue resolution and high customer service standards. Ensure consistent quality and compliance with all carrier requirements. Other responsibilities include: * Management of issue resolution between carriers and TPA's. * Onboarding of new locations to existing and new TPA's. * Leverage current footprint to assist carriers in adding existing offices to different carrier profiles. * Maintain compliance and zip code coverage for all locations within each TPA. * Work with HR and Accounting for TPA required BGA's and Financial Records. * Assist Accounting with collections efforts regarding program files and issue resolutions. * Maintain multiple data tracking spreadsheets to provide insight for CEO and CFO weekly and monthly. * Assist in creating materials for BOD Meetings. Special Projects: * Created a compliance tracking system using existing Outlook Calendar and DropBox to consolidate over 25 locations' Certificates, Registrations, Licenses, etc., into one interface that could be tracked and managed. Greatly reduced missed deadlines and penalties due to lapses that occurred before system was created. * Created a POMs Performance Matrix outlining the proper steps needed to succeed in getting high POMs. * Assisted in creating, on boarding, and administering QA estimating software for all estimates.
