Designation of application method, initial and advanced equipment settings, appropriate application technique, quality control, and complete all AS-7108 and AS-7108/1 compliant documentation. Work directly with production management, purchasing, IT, and administrative management, for all operator variable documentation, production scheduling, and quality control to achieve 100% customer satisfaction while ensuring safety and environmental compliance. • Train and mentor newly hired painters in both technical and soft skills regarding coating specification processes, and preventative maintenance strategies. • Actively assist in product development and production. Ensure materials and coating processes meet specifications, resolve issues, and coordinate production scheduling requirements. • Responsible for maintaining the coating facility, all cleaning and production equipment, the documentation specifying required coating consumables, and scheduling any preventative maintenance. • From implementation of NAD-CAP in 2010, efforts have directly impacted steady process growth while maintaining lead role in annual NAD-CAP audits.
