Diamond Graphics is a all purpose card solutions company and as a Data Specialist I formatted data to customer specifications to ensure their cards would activate at the retailer's point of sale. I would generate customer approval proofs and test cards. All of our proofs and test cards went through double checks before being sent to the customer to make sure they were accurate. After the customer approved the proofs the job would be assigned to one of our printing machines. I would load data to the machine, quality check databases, print labels, and generate detailed paperwork for the production staff. Other responsibilities I had were to perform double checks on my coworker's proofs and paperwork, assist with any complications production had with jobs, and to troubleshoot computer issues that anyone might be having. At Lenscrafters I would operate a variety of machinery to make glasses for customers. I would double check the glasses to ensure the prescription matched what the customer needed. I would regularly dispense glasses to the customers and make any necessary adjustments to make sure they were comfortable for the customer. I also performed daily maintenance on all the machines in the lab. At Lenscrafters I would operate a variety of machinery to make glasses for customers.
