Har jobbat med Marcus på IAR Systems AB och haft kontakt med Marcus i lite olika jobbsammanhang. Nu senast har Marcus varit Product Manager för produkten jag jobbar med. Marcus styr på en lagom nivå med riktningar snarare än specifika lösningar. Prestigelös och ödmjuk inför nya arbetsområden. Bra på att lyssna in. Klampar inte in och kliver folk på tårna. Det gör det väldigt stimulerande och inspirerande att jobba med Marcus. Dessutom är Marcus en väldigt sympatisk och trevlig person även om vi bara har haft yrkesmässig kontakt. Jag rekommenderar honom starkt.
