Our Group, One World Consulting (OWC) engaged Marcus to assist us to develop and document a Traffic Management and Safety Plan for a large logistics 24 Hour warehouse/distribution site. Two companies had recently been merged into the site and OWC had been engaged to restructure and reorganise the operations to deliver the required DIFOTA performance. Marcus played a key role in providing valuable advice and traffic management documentation to allow seamless changes to operations over a short period of time that met statutory and other safety requirements. This included detailed traffic flow plans and drawings together with concise reviews to streamline the operations. His succinct and easily understood plans and diagrams were used by staff at all levels. This led to a significant reduction in incidents and improved performance with lower costs.
