I recently completed a contract working on a project that Marc both managed and did the business analysis for. I have to say that the architectural design that he had roughed in before I got there and the specifications that he had developed on the basis of his business analysis made finalizing the architecture, mapping data, as well as designing and developing components easier than one would have expected. As a project manager, he cultivated a culture that allowed developers to take responsibility and initiative, while keeping the lines of communication open between distant stakeholders, management, and developers. At any point in the project we always knew what risks, issues, and potential bottlenecks existed and had adjusted accordingly. I would work with Marc again on a project in a heartbeat.
