I used Marc to create a business logo for me. He was very creative with my design. I didn't really know what I was looking for but he was able to bring some really good ideas from scratch and from there I could decide what I was looking for. Marc is very professional and enjoys the work he does which makes working with him very easy.

      At Century Insurance I was initially hired as a licensed account manager. I was responsible for the daily service of 700+ household accounts. Any contacts with the office, ranging from phone calls to account reviews were facilitated by me. I would also work with the Agents on these accounts to be sure they knew of important issues and sales opportunities. For non-agent staff I was the top sales producer while at Century and was promoted from my position of licensed account manager to claims manager. Century wanted to utilize my talent with people in claims. Claims are high pressure situations and people often are upset and frustrated, and I excelled in working in those situations. Unfortunately Century Insurance came upon hard times and I was laid off in 2009 due to their tight fiscal situation.
