In 2015 to comply with ESOS (Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme) Regulations phase 1, Blackpool Transport Services Ltd commissioned Maloney Associates Consulting Engineers to carry out our ESOS assessment. Part of the assessment was to identify areas of significant energy consumption. One such area was our existing lighting. We agreed a plan that enabled the work to be completed around us with some of the work being carried out at night. They always finished their work before our staff arrived in the morning and always left their worksite tidy.
