Minulla ja Marcolla on yli 10 vuotta kestänyt yhteinen työmatka Polarilla. Marcon laaja-alaista osaamista kuvaa hänen monipuoliset työtehtävät ja vastuut pitkän Polar uran aikana. Marcon sydän sykkii aika täysillä sille tiimille/osastolle/yritykselle ja niille tehtäville joita hänen vastuulleen kuuluu. Hänellä on erittäin hyvät sosiaaliset taidot toimia erilaisten ihmisten ja kulttuurien kanssa. Marco oli minun esimiehenä useamman vuoden ja hänen kanssaan työskentely oli helppoa. Marcon toimintatapoihin kuuluu mm. luottamukseen perustuva työnohjaus jossa alaisille jää mahdollisuus toteuttaa itseään ja omaa luovuuttaan.
