With the Project team (TI / Key Users) in the implementation of the SAP TDF System (ECC Hana) with tax consolidations integrating 4 different SAPs and 1 non-SAP (QAD), ensuring process compliance and 100% accuracy in tax obligations. •Review of costs for Services, Software Licenses, System Maintenance and Consulting Contracts, reducing U$ 300k / year after negotiations with suppliers. •Developed solutions in the integration of processes / systems, due to new acquisitions, "Mergers" (Ex TRW) or division of processes in separation of companies, "Splits" such as: ZF Steering Systems and BOGE. •Implemented SAP HR HCM for Payroll, Time Management, HR Portal and interfaces with e-Social legal system, ensuring greater reliability in employee information, reducing labor claims due to record failures avoiding expenses on average R$ 700k in the last two years (2017/18). •Unified and automated invoice entries using SAP RPA and Machine Learning in all Regions, reducing the volume of invoices with incorrect data by 10% (Around 10,000 Invoices / Month) improving productivity and optimizing resources in the accounts payable area. •Managed the Harmonization and Consolidation of the SAP systems in the South Region, for integration with the global processes in SAP S/4Hana, implementing with IT Analysts the FIT-GAP ANALYSIS project, evaluating and identifying risks and problems for migration (Rollout) of local processes to the Global SAP model in Germany. I led the implementations of ERP-SAP Systems and other platforms, in companies acquired by Monsanto, (Agroceres, Cannavialis, Braskalb, Searle, Seminis etc.), ensuring the growth of the organization and the standardization of internal processes.•Developed and directed the implementation of an innovative master plan for the systems development for integration, standardization and automation of processes in the various Agrobusiness and Chemical processing units, obtaining greater efficiency in activities, cost reduction, safety for employees and reliability of information.
