Personally I think that Marco is a great co-worker and a brilliant engineer. Through this index proactive care actions are taken (e.g. discounts) and 3 to 5% of churns (those churning for technical reasons) are prevented • Streaming Events Audience Prediction: AI based forecast of which customers (id and total number) will watch a particular streaming (sport) event, based on estimated (or, if available, measured) historic streaming data, geographical data, event data.
