C&P through independent scouting identifies the best investment opportunities in the alternative investments area that are not covered by the Italian "mainstream" distribution. Due diligence and fund selection: - Private Markets (Venture Capital, Private Equity, Private Debt, Hedge funds) - Real Assets (Real Estate, Infrastructure, Passion Investments, Commodities, Natural Resources) Deals origination: - Market research (industry trends, regulation, new strategies, upcoming themes etc) - Financial modelling and cash flow analysis (IRR/MIRR, KS PME, Direct Alpha etc.) - Funds/club deals structuring and initial evaluation of secondary and co-investment opportunities - Independent valuation of third party investment proposals Decision making: - Part of the investment committee, participating in the investment decision-making process of the firm. - Presenting investment recommendations to IC Sourcing and Representation: - First point of contact for counterparties such as fund managers and family offices - Monitoring investments in our “portfolio” and maintaining relationships with GPs - Generate deal flow through scouting of new niche investment opportunities Skills: Private Markets · Alternative Assets · Investments · Financial Modelling · Scouting · Due Diligence Show less
