In Q2 2021, I launched the Italian country, taking ownership of every aspect from team recruiting and process design to legal and financial set-up of the legal entity. I currently carry full P&L and financial responsibility for the Country. Human Vs Machine is the holding company of our group. HVM owns and empowers startup companies through Tech, Financial and Human assets. Directly owned and managed companies: www.charitystars.com - www.idagency.it - www.ped.company As a COO of the company, I carry out a wide range of duties, supporting directly the CEO on a daily basis to accomplish company goals. In my typical day I need to rapidly shift my focus between strategic level (such as Business planning and forecasting) and operations level (as Team management or Sales Reviews). Besides the day to day operations routine, I take ownership of several cross-company projects such as: - Building a Sales incentives program based on OKR's for the sales and operations team and using it to maintain and nurture a healthy coopetition environment, gaining up to 60% of sales performance improvement on the same H. resources. Process reengineering of entire business functions such as the A-Z turnaround of Charitystars Logistics (e-commerce-like operations). - Crowdfunding of one of the owned companies, from tech partner scouting and selection, contract negotiation and agreements to Pitch and business plan creation. Scouting, negotiation and integration of external Partners and services such as Payment Gateways, Logistic partners, Head-Hunting and Crowdfunding platform. HR and recruiting of strategic profiles for the owned companies.
