  Here at Cooper Carry, I have been highly involved in the Mixed-Use Studio with a particular focus on Multi-Family Residential. I have in the past year been working on a 12 story, 64 unit residential tower in Arlington, and a 7 story, 97 unit mixed use residential project Alexandria.I have also had a strong focus on Planning projects over the last few years, working from conceptual planning through final site plan approval. I have been involved with numerous master planning projects around the Washington DC beltway area, as well as in Delaware.
