The project’s life cycles are guaranteed with an Unified Process methodology, programming language java according to the three-tier methodology. The role requires managing constant requests for change from the government to quickly implement legislative changes. The solutions presented must to be scalable, rapidly deployable, robust and flexible in order to accommodate changes in last one hour. All solutions must be in accordance of client specifications due to constant auditing by government audit offices. In recent years the guidance has been to provide solutions through the internet interacting with the core solutions and dematerialize core business processes.
