I have had the pleasure of working with Marco for the past two years, and I can confidently say that he is one of the most talented and dedicated recruiting directors I have ever met. He has managed my team for two separate companies. Marco has a proven track record of success in recruiting. Marco has a deep understanding of the recruiting process, and he is always up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies. He is also an excellent communicator, and he has a knack for building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. In addition to his strong technical skills, Marco is also a great leader. I met Marco in 2022. He came on board as the Director of Talent Acquisition and became my boss. At that time, I was most impressed with his ability to listen and then proceed to create a position that would not only accentuate my strengths but also stretch my skills and inspire growth. Marco is a strategic thinker and helped to implement our company's ATS, then facilitated the training for the company's departments. He sees the big-picture and has a strong ability to develop and execute successful plans. He is also an excellent communicator and collaborator. His strong work ethic and ability to connect with his team (as well as his candidates) inspire us to work toward achieving our goals. Marco started with a team of 2 employees and has proceeded to increase the Recruiting Department to upwards of 20 employees. Additionally, he has championed company mergers and set us up to ensure that the correct questions are asked so that the company will be successful throughout merger transitions. Marco would be an asset to any company that is fortunate enough to have him on their team. He is a talented, empathetic, and dedicated leader and I feel privileged to work with him!

Few people have the opportunity to report to a manager that is a great coach and mentor to their team. I had the pleasure of working with Marco for a year, where he managed my team. When he first joined our team I managed 1 office. He provided me with all the support and guidance that I needed to take the next step and manage more offices. I would report directly to him, he has always been very supportive, helpful, and a great team player. He helped our team to be able to collaborate and help each other out to where we all felt comfortable enough to easily reach out to one another including directly to him with any question we have. He gives his team that extra push, guidance and more importantly motivation to help them reach that next step to grow and continue to learn. Any employee would be lucky to have Marco as a manager!
