As an intern in 2020, I had the opportunity to analyze manufacturing processes and evaluate opportunities for improvement. I gained hands-on experience working with various manufacturing processes such as turning, milling, laser, brushing, lapping, and packing. In addition, I participated in the assembly of BC, CP, and CM valves, and created working papers and processed assignments related to NCR settlement on the shop floor. This experience allowed me to develop valuable skills such as problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication, while gaining practical knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
