My role is Technical Support Engineer for French and Belgium (French speaker part) markets. Main tasks include: - Providing technical support to PV installer (problems on PV modules, inverters and electrical components of the PV fields), remote troubleshooting to find the root causes of the problems, solve them if possible or authorize a replacement for defective components under warranty; - Monitoring remotely Photovoltaic installations working; - Cooperating with French partner firm to organize interventions on site to fix problems with the final customers; - Reviewing intervention technical reports; - Managing technical cases and reports in the internal database; - Creating reports and discussing technical cases with products suppliers (SMA, KACO, FRONIUS, POWERONE); - Coordinating small group of technicians; - Reviewing and improving internal procedures; - Cooperating and supporting logistics in delivery of products (inverters or modules) to the PV sites; - Cooperating and supporting the Customer Service function for existing or new installations.
