Marco reported directly to me during the 2 years we worked together in the same team which was responsible for developing one of the company's sales channels, our Agents. Together we developed an extensive network of agents, and Marco was an integral part in improving our work processes and our relationships with our agents and always delivered on the tasks handed to him, as well as coming up with initiatives and suggestions on improvements. Marco also took responsibility of educating and conducting both offline and online training of our agents, which was very well received. Marco is like google maps. You tell him where you need to go, and he will go into unknown territory, make the tests and calculations, and then carve out a path like no other. And doing so without making a sound. He will seemingly effortless come back with a road map for everyone, finished with alternative routes, potential hazards and cost calculations for all. In other words, Marco delivers what you ask, but will most likely also give you some alternatives that he has evaluated as potentially interesting or even better, based on the goal of interest.
