Keidan Harrison LLP is a new conflict-free London law firm, specialising in dispute resolution and insolvency. The firm opened for business in May 2020 and undertakes a range of commercial and financial litigation, as well as international commercial arbitration, civil fraud and insolvency. As a specialist disputes law firm, we are able to act on cases against the financial institutions, international corporates and professional services firms, where the larger national and international law firms are precluded from acting due to conflicts of interest. We are based in Central London. Our low cost base enables us to offer our clients competitive charging rates, as well as flexible and innovative fee arrangements. We also work with leading third party litigation funders, with whom we have strong relationships. We are well placed to assist financial sector and other clients, in a cost-effective manner, with the claims and issues related to Covid-19.

I co-founded this London-based specialist disputes law firm in January 2009, in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, advising clients on the resolution of a range of substantial business related disputes, often with an international dimension. This encompassed a range of commercial and financial litigation. I helped lead the firm to win a number of accolades and awards, including most notably the Boutique Firm of the Year at The Lawyer Awards in 2013. The firm was also swiftly recognised in the leading legal directories, Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500, as a leading London law firm, across a range of disputes-related practice areas. My financial disputes work included a slew of claims, some of them high profile and ground-breaking, arising out of the 2008 financial crisis. Notable examples such work included acting for hedge funds in substantial litigation against banks, acting for borrowers in disputes with lenders relating to loan facilities and acting for other customers (including PLCs) to bring claims against banks in relation to LIBOR and other financial benchmark manipulation. I acted for investors in disputes relating to offshore funds. I also undertook substantial civil fraud cases and advised on corporate/commercial disputes which were the subject of litigation and international arbitration, as well as general commercial claims and contentious insolvency cases. My practice included a range of international work, with a particular focus on India, Africa, Russia/CIS, USA, the offshore centres and Israel.
